Nu Metro Bedford

Load shedding caused the movie to stop at least two times. We got up and left. Nothing worse than being interrupted during a movie and then watching the same scenes over again.

Cinema was great. The staff serving drinks, popcorn couldn't care less but the older gentleman who welcomed us, helped us at the kiosks and cracked a few jokes made up for everything! You guys have a gem working for you'll.

The best and most friendly staff. This cinema is cozy and the seats reclines for extra comfort. This place really feels like home

The 3D VIP experience was great. Just note that they only do 3D VIP and not the regular experience.

This is honestly the best movie experience I have ever had. Beautiful food served to you in a lazy boy chair as you sip on a cold beer while watching a movie you really do feel like a VIP!!!!! Thank you guys

My husband and I have been frequenting this Nu Metro VIP in Bedford for 9 years now. The comfort of the spacious, leather recliner seats is just glorious compared to other cinemas. The meals served in theatre are superb - our favorite is the crispy chicken strips meal and my go-to beverage is the chai latte. Lindiwe and Francois have been serving and taking care of us since before Covid but they have never lost their charm, professionalism and clear love for their job, we always seek them out when we visit. We don't mind the extra journey time and cost as the experience always makes it more than worthwhile. Do yourself a favour and book a movie there, you will keep returning :

This was our first Nu Metro VIP experience. Nu metro staff were really courteous and helpful. The cinema was clean and the large leather recliners were oh so comfortable. Dining service was on offer and made this experience all the more amazing. Unfortunately Screen 5 had many faulty chairs that could not recline and the cinema was more or less full, so swapping seats, was not an option. Nonetheless our seats were still so much better than the usual and I will defintely use this service again. Thanks Nu Metro.

They have the most comfortable seats, it felt like I was at the comfort of my home. I think they need to improve the sound. Otherwise the place was very clean, had fresh popcorn and great service.

As far as cinemas go this one is hard to beat. On the expensive side but it's comfortable and you can relax on a recliner with a cold drink by your side!
