Seating is always filled by other people and had to ask them to move. This also happened at the VIP section 2 weeks back. Please have your staff to check if guests are seated where they should be. When I book a seat I expect to find it as booked.

Super comfy seats in a very big cinema. Picking up our snack order was so fast and we were able to order drinks too

I was horrified to see majority of the booking centers are shut down and there is only one small block to pay for tickets. To add to it they only give you small sachets of seasoning for your popcorn which leaves majority of the popcorn without flavoring. The ticket lady was barely there to collect tickets so anyone could walk inside a movie venue without paying which means that their services is unethical and unprofessional. Overall the seats and the facility was clean and up to standard. It it not a bad place to watch a movie yet they definitely have to work on that facility in order to attract more customers.

After waiting with excitement to go watch Super Mario Bros with my son. After paying an exorbitant amount of money for two tickets and some snacks almost R600 later. The movie house was disgusting. The floor was so sticky our shoes got stuck to the floor. The chairs were all wonky and uncomfortable. The staff simply didn’t care all they could do was stare with blank expressions. Very very disappointed.

Upstairs cinema. The most comfy chairs ever. Stunning movie. If I have 1 negative it's that the sound is way too loud.

Awesome experience!! I went with my big sissy to go see black panther wakanda forever in 4dx last year and it was awesome!! The smell function did make me a bit sniffly but other than that it was awesome, wasn't too much for a drink sweetie popcorn combo and I had an awesome awesome time. 11/10 would do again. And I will do again with the release of Spider-Man across the spiderverse this coming Friday!! Hats off to the numetro team

I read previous reviews and think that all the amazing staff that were working there that gathered 5 reviews must have had the day off today. The consession stand was a complete nightmare, taking 15 minutes a piece to serve people ahead of us. Staff was rude and standoffish. In addition I asked for astros as my sweet and got told the choice is winegums or jelly tots. If you are going, go prepared

My first visit was excellence.. The cinemas were clean and neat with very friendly staff.. Well worth the visit

It was my wife's birthday yesterday, so I took her to see Avatar 3d at Nu Metro, Emperor's. I battled with the online booking so we bought tickets at the front desk. My wife is on an Oxygen concentrator and I was using my shoprider scooter due to a large foot operation. We were extremely surprised when the lady who sold us the tickets accompanied us to purchase our popcorn and cool drinks. She insisted on carrying these for us and walked ahead of us to enter the door near the screen. She assisted me to get into a chair and made us comfortable. I was so grateful because I was not able to go up or down the stairs. Thank you to the helpful lady who assisted us so much!

Terrible service at the snack bar. Understandable that it was busy but the ladies are so rude to customers. Some families even stormed off. Staff refusing to give service and tell you to wait for another person to help you while they help someone else. Almost always go watch a movie when at emperors but never again
