Felt extremely unwelcome, as if it was such a mission for them to even fill my bottles. The sales lady was obnoxious and rude to top it all off. I wasnt even offered help in loading my 20L bottles. This is the first water shop that I have been to that doesn't even bat an eye at a struggling customer. I would much rather drive further to a friendlier and helpful shop than ever step foot in there again. I do not recommend going here especially older people and ladies who might need assistance to the vehicle.

This shop is situated in a popular shopping centre where demand for the best is a natural occurrence, not just an expectation. If you have a thirst that you wish to slake with a glass of the best cleanest water, then Oasis can be of great assistance. The water is filtered and tastes really good, free from radicals and unnecessary elements. You can also purchase water filters here. Well worth it.

It's quite disappointing to change the star grading to one star. It's not about service. It's about the product itself. The fountain water that was sold is now back to the old municipality purification water like all the other Water purification companies.What happens now you are now kind of forced by your money in your pocket to drink tap water which is actually the same product. "They all purified" There's no difference. Why pay more for the same product that has been over and over purified. "TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY". or the next best thing you have to switch to the real product "MINERAL WATER" slightly more expensive but top quality. I know we all as humans expect more but there is no indication or notice from Oasis that says the fountain water has come to an end. Sorry to tell again poor management skills. Your health is not really important. It's only water. Nothing else. Nothing special.

I used to love this place, but be warned, what you think you are getting in the way of water is not what you are getting. Unless you read the fine print on a homemade notice on the wall you will not be getting the reverse osmosis water. So just check first. The lady that runs the show there is obnoxious and aloof. She would rather pick up an argument with a customer than try to solve the problem. There are so many of these shops in close proximity to this one.

Felt like an unwanted customer. The only hint of acknowledgment came from the 'by the eay' '''have a good day" from the sales lady. The guy filling my bottles bordering on rude with not even a smile, and lacking any sales points that me feel welcome and there appeared to be nothing more important than getting back to his phone. I wasnt even offered help in loading my bottles into the trolly I had fetched, or worse, once i started loading them it felt as if my efforts were being deliberately ignored.

No help with moving water while a large hole lays waiting to tip your load. Staff don't care. Busy area and nearby parking is rare. If your older go where they care about you.

Convenient. Staff are friendly and we never wait long for replenishment of our 20l containers. Price for RO3 is really affordable.

The staff were again very pleasant during my most recent visit . Unfailingly polite and helpful staff

Great quality water and great service. Pay attention to operating hours on Google especially for weekends but definitely worth the trip
