First time visit to Olivia's and loved the warm atmosphere. The food was fresh and flavourful. Our waitress was attentive and gave us great service despite it being a really busy morning. The bakery is so tempting with all its delights. Great potential to becoming a regular breakfast spot
Delicious food. It was very busy so the wait for the well presented and tasty food was worth while. Parking: It is always busy and you are lucky if you see 2 or 3 free parking bays. I did not notice disabled parking anywhere. Would be nice if they reserve parking spaces for the disabled near the ramps. Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to get up to the shop but they are quite steep. People with crutches or walkers would most probably need help up the ramp.
Selling an oversized bread roll as premium sourdough is not fair... Add to that toasted chicken Mayo at nearly 80 bucks, ok it was good scalding coffee that was really under par. The manager tried his level best to patch up the errors but he was outnumbered by the staff. Over rated
Olivia's is our absolute go-to on weekends for their delicious croissants, quiches and pepperdew and cheese buns. Excellent coffee and the friendliest waiters and mangers for miles!
I love sitting on their verandah. Their bread rolls are the BEST. Their breakfasts are not as good as it used to be unfortunately. Their Tuna salad is superb.Food: 3/5

Was there for brunch. Had a sense that any of the patrons are regulars. Immediate service and pleasant waitress. Manager walking walking around. Nice menu with good options. Had as a starter the flapjacks with maple syrup and cream - highly recommended! Mains well presented, good portion sizes and very tasty, you can tell that fresh ingredients were used.
Nice setting , very lively. Croissant and flapjacks very good. Lots of waiters, but service could be more attentive.
What a superb experience!! A small family group 4 for breakfast - with personal and attentive service from Viola, great food beautifully presented and served quickly, loads of choices on an impressive menu, and fully compliant but unobtrusive Covid-19 protocols with plenty of outdoor space. My first visit to Olivia's... I'm already looking forward to my next!!
