Been having several nasty experiences with the staff. The 2 females at dispensary extremely rude and unhelpful. Never got the meds for my newly diagnosed asthmatic 2yr old. Nor did they return my million calls to speak to them. They lie about returning calls. Lied about a certain medication being out of stock but after a week of making million calls and errands to this pharmacy I located the medication at another pharmacy. Very cold unwelcoming and unhelpful staff.

Been using this as my local family pharmacy for a while, took my son for all his vaccines and check ups here with no issue's, to my surprise 1 day I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and was refused to be seen even though I had called to inform them I'm running late as I had to take leave from work to get this important vaccine, customer service has really disappointed me, seems like lunch breaks are more important than patient's. But non the less there are plenty pharmacy's in Pmb, thank you for your service!

I have been going to this pharmacy for as long as I can remember such friendly and welcoming service from every employee prices are low u get your monies worth always a happy face to c you sometimes I dnt need to go to the doc cos they give me meds that help from my kids and hubby n now my pregnancy I very happy with the service thank you Omega keep up the warm service n always willing to help

Excellent service with a smile  went in on Saturday, thankfully they were open until 6pm, was helped really quickly - esp. during a pandemic - so that was great! Been my family’s pharmacy of choice for years.

I enjoyed taking my son for his check ups there as the sister is friendly and most gentle with babies.

They ask to make appointments but you get there and have to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. what is the use of an appointment at the Clinic.

Helpful and friendly staff. Medication at affordable prices.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
