Excellent Service by Nishi / Ranitha, always helpful, professional and friendly. Good advice and help. This pharmacy is the Leader of Raisethorpe compared to other pharmacies which virtually have no stock, extremely rude staff and charge exorbitant levies over and above medical aid tariffs. Do not take your child here for vaccines, the sister needs more training clearly, use Duzi med or omega, they good with kids and know their job.Stuck up uneducated people back yard sister , rather wait than go here ! 0 rating .

My Doctor had a medical emergency to attend he was not available I could not get a script. I already have a script on the system that is for six months but was expired by a day or so needed a repeat scipt. I needed chronic meds that I am currently taking with the condition I have. Sparksport staff refused to help me in anyway even if they could of advised me to take some over the counter meds to help until I can get a script. No nothing sorry we cant help you, its more that they wont help you. This pharmacy has been here for many years and the pmb community has been supporting them for many years and they still do. To treat patients in such inhumane manner is dispicable. People are just doing thier job for a salary not for humanity anymore.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service my mother received from this pharmacy. My sister went 5 times to resolve a simple discrepancy. Their driver said they had delivered medication when they didn’t. When we approached the owner/pharmacist her response was that the paperwork was correct and it wasn’t an issue on their side. Looking at the paperwork it was not my mothers signature and it was suggested that my mother refused to sign because the driver didn’t have sanitiser? Really sanitiser vs meds that she is dependant on? Still no meds and no resolution. Well anyways approaching the pharmacy a locum called Avinesh offered to pay for the medication and take ownership. He deserves a 5 star rating for his understanding and patience compared to the owner of this place. I offered to pay for the medication as a matter of principle and he refused because he understood my mothers plight and he is also principled. Lastly after supporting this pharmacy for at least the last 10 years we will take the advice of Avinesh and find a pharmacy that will give us service. Actually to correct Avinesh it’s not about service it’s about ownership. What made Sparkport our family pharmacy was that we could rely on them. It seems now they have forgotten the same community who have made them who they are today. That is really sad. Coming from Durban to resolve this issue I really hope that the Franchisors in Overport look at this and at a minimum teach this owner a simple trait of empathy. As a business lesson don’t ever take customers for granted.

Poor service from the staff, Staff just look at you when you require assistance

Really disappointing service. Parents chronic always delayed. They never call to advice on meds being late but will submit for payment.

Diabetes, pressure and cholesterol testing. Family planning and baby services offered. You can also have your photos printed here
