OnCore Pilates believes that regardless of physical abilities, gender or body shape, exercise should be enjoyable and inclusive. OnCore provides a body positive teaching experience and the Instructor, Kim, is an internationally certified Pilates Teacher.
OnCore teaches group, private and corporate classes and with the added benefit of being a mobile studio, you have the option of experiencing Pilates in the comfort of your own home/office should you prefer more 1 on 1 teaching.
