My first time at Panarottis was quite interesting. I must admit, their pizza's are good. We had a large duo, sweet and spicy. Quite enjoyable. We were provided with a free garlic pizza. A nice gesture. Their pasta's, to my tastebuds, were not great. They were a full house, so the service was a but slow for my liking, as I was starving. Lastly, their birthday song is the best, by far. This is perfect for kids and big functions.
I had a rather lack lustre experience visiting this establishment. We were quickly seated and attended to by a friendly waitress who took our orders. The restaurant despite being indoors was very cold inside. While we waited my son went to the play area, however we needed to check in with him as we could not see directly into the play place. The food arrived within a reasonable time. I found the rib pizza to be under seasoned and did not enjoy it. The 3 cheese bread was okay - nothing to rave about. The peppermint dessert was an absolute disappointment and the ice cream served with it had large flat ice bits which I initially thought was broken glass-thankfully it wasn't. When it was time to pay the waitress then informs us that the card machine is broken and we need to use cash... The mall was already quiet as all the other shops had closed and I was expected to leave my family and go to the ground floor to draw money or pay additional bank charges using 1 of the other banks atm's - which I found absolutely ridiculous. Eventually with much insistence from hubby and I they brought out 2 more card machines 1 of which worked. Definitely not going to bother going back.
The food is decent but the cleanliness of the play area, toilets and floor of the establishment is always below par. Families with small kids frequent the restaurant. There's no place to change diapers, one stall has a "out of order" sign on the door at all times this seems to be operational but used by staff, leaving one nasty, barely functioning stall for all other patrons to use. Floors are dirty and there's always food from previous patrons under your table.
I seem to enjoy the pizza there more than anything so next time I won't be buying pasta or ribs. The pizza is absolutely amazing.Food: 3/5
Food was really good, fresh and flavourful. Waiter checked on our table multiple times and was quite friendly. Place is kid friendly but do wish they would add a little more activities for the kids. Perhaps bring colouring pages and crayons to the tables. All in all, always have a very pleasant experience here.Food: 5/5
Panarottis by far my favorite place for pizza. Good quality food, tasty and satisfying. Both the sit-in and take out experiences thus far have been pleasant. I am yet to try their pasta, which I hope will happen soon. Wheel chair friendly. Friendly and efficient staff and management was swift in addressing and resolving an issue that arose on one of our visits. Wishing Panarottis Kenilworth and its staff everything great going forward Vegetarian options: There isn't a large variety available. However, what I have tasted thus far did not disappoint Kid-friendliness: The play area is lovely and provides opportunity for the kids to go off and play and have a fun experience while waiting for their meal. Kiddie portions and meal options are not bad at all Parking: The location is in a mall, so lots of parking around the mall itself and certainly enough around the entrance to panarottis
We attended our grand daughter 1st birthday..it was truly wonderful. Staff were great ..food flowed quickly and tasted yummilicious. Thank you to all . Wheelchair accessibility: I could easily move through the isles. Dietary restrictions: Choices were average for me .
Highly recommend specially if you got kids with you they will definitely enjoy the Play area
Unsatisfactory service delivery and experience. Firstly we receive our coffee without a saucer ,having the waitress serve the coffee with her hand on the rim of the cup, asking her for another cup, she returns some time later where by then the coffee is cold and we have to wave around like indiots as the waiters are no where to be seen. Poor waiter presence. The cheese grilllers on my plate were cold as if taken out of the fridge and just put on the plate and I had to ask them to warm it. Waste of time and poor breakfast experience.
Get something from the Pizza Pug menu. Really great food. My son is vegan so I get the Vegan Margherita for him and he loves it. I always call in my orders and they're ready in 15 - 30 max 95% of the time. Only e ception would be when the restaurant is really busy.
