Azure is such a lovely restaurant with great service and amazing food. We had the 2 course menu during restaurant week and the food was amazing, from the starter to the dessert, all of the flavours were perfectly balanced. The staff was attentive and kind and made the experience worthwhile. I can’t wait to go back.

We ate at AZURE RESTAURANT for the Fathers Day Braai Lunch Although the weather made it impossible to sit outside the chefs went out and cooked the meat on the gas Braai. I would like to say thank you to ALL the staff who were friendly, efficient and made us feel welcome. They really gave five star service. The set menu was more than we expected and every course was delicious  THANK YOU

Life is about experience and we have had a wonderful time here. We started with cocktails at the bar looking out to sea, followed by an amazing lunch. Food was great the views unbelievable and with dessert best cheese cake  ever a whale  performed for us.

My husband and I dined there for his birthday,  we enjoyed the 7 course tasting. Absolutely spectacular! From taste to presentation to portion sizes.The staff were amazing, special mention to Bellington, what a legend. The special attention we received was unmatched. Extra special thanks to Chef Nicholas, not only for coming out to chat to us, but creating an amazing alternative dish for us. The attention to detail was highly appreciated  Worth every cent.

My husband chose this restaurant for our anniversary lunch, not realising that it was situated at the 12 Apostles Hotel. It was beautiful! The hotel has the most perfect location with such a wide view of the ocean. The food was amazing, from the complimentary bread, through to dessert. We had oysters for starters, Azure steak and line fish for mains and creme brulee for dessert. Every course was delicious. Also, not excessively expensive, I would rate the pricing in line with most Cape Town restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. I was surprised with a complimentary treat for my birthday which was lovely and unexpected. Birds were a bit of a problem and kept on stealing our food from our table. Something to consider if you prefer to be seated outside. Views are absolutely spectacular. Enjoyed our morning! Went there for Restaurant Week and it was a huge disappointment. The food was simply not good. The hake main was overcooked and completely tasteless fish with no complementing sides other than a "rice" ball I can only describe as shredded paper only less flavourful, and a sauce that was weird and didn't match anything else on the plate. The steak that was ordered medium arrived well done with nothing but chips that were definitely cooked from frozen, the dessert was inedible - tasted like a low quality store-bought artificial sickeningly sweet concoction that didn't even have the ingredients listed on the menu. Not even close to the standard I would expect from such a fancy place, the opulent decor doesn't make up for a chef that simply can't cook. A huge disappointment.

Received a somewhat complimentary dinner as part of our stay. Gorgeous, gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset get the table in the right hand corner of the restaurant as it gives you the most romantic view of the sunset. Waitron was so attentive and food seemed to appear like magic, after we placed our orders five minutes ago. Everyone on shift, knew it was our anniversary and wished us. Despite a rather simple menu, I think there is something on it for everyone. The curry prawn and chicken was surprisingly good. I nearly ate it all, but had to leave some room for dessert, which unfortunately was my least favorite course. The cheesecake wasn’t out of this world and the ice cream too. But, I’ll probably be back, because everything else in combination, was magical!

Very few places can beat this breathtaking view. We dine here once every year/2 years. Food and service is great. Wine prices have just become insane, compared to similar dining options in the beautiful cape.

Incredible restaurant! Great views, great atmosphere, and the food is to die for! It's definitely a must if you are looking for a romantic dinner or if you want to treat guests to a fantastic meal. Tasting menu highly recommended!Food: 5/5
