We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon at 6pm. No one available to show us to a table. I should have turned around then. After a wait a lady showed up. I must mention that I tried to speak to a gentleman behind the counter. He ignored us. No covert measures applied. She showed us to a table that had shelves above it with bottles ready to fall. We ordered a bottle of wine which took 30 minutes to bring! Only after I asked everyone passing us by. Luckily the food arrived 45 minutes after placed. That is a really long time to make 2 pastas. No condiments were brought and halfway through our meal the chillies and garlic arrived. No cheese. Out of stock. I lie you not. An Italian restaurant without cheese. Clearly no owner/ manager which we never saw involvement. Now the pastas was great but my Seafood pasta was cold. However there was no time to fix this as we had a movie waiting. We paid and left. What a pity to stuff up such a great brand with understaffed and badly trained staff. Further no management on the floor. The food was great, but the taste of bad service lingers in my mouth and it will be a NO for another visit in the future
We got here at 16h15 only had to ask 2 waiters and the manager to be served, only got our drinks and milkshakes served at 17h10. Still have not heard when we our order will be ready. It's understandable the place is busy but the service here today was very disappointing. My kids were very annoyed with how long they had to wait for their shakes and still no food served!!!
We ordered Soda water- received one without acid, told the machine that generates the gas does not work. We ordered pizza, it came with Parmesan cheese & garlic on the side, but no chillies… we were told they didn’t have. Our order arrived and we were told the team would start cleaning in 10min… we said ok.. 3 min later the staff started cleaning and started blaring music, we were forced to package our coffee, cold beverages as well as the pizza and eat it at home.
Emma is a Supper host and her team are excellent and work like a finely tuned machine!
The food is really good but the service is kinda slow, we've been waiting almost an hour for our food and they brought our drinks after an hour
I have seen the kitchen staff pakking and skating yhe food. Without wering gloves. I am from the meet processing industry. And nowhere it is allowed to tutch the food with bare hands.... Please explain to me the logic behind hygiene. Alsow the upsters was apparently closed. The place was not ready to take customers, at opening time. 09h00. Still prepering the kitchen customers must wate until whenever thay are redy.
Good pizza. Great space for the kids. Stuff is great too. But their restrooms can be so dirty when its too busy. I had to go out and take the kids to the nearest mall restroom. If they can clear that up, my stars would increase.
Arrived and asked for a baby chair which the waiter places on the broken table we were seated at. As I put my baby in the chair, with his weight now in the chair the table flips up on the other end....how do they not know that table is broken and seat a baby chair there. On arrival I immediately order a waffles for my toddler and I to share as lunch treat. These restaurant is not even half full. Gave up after waiting 30 minutes...for 1 waffle, paid for my Coke and left.. Terrible service and will never go back. Kid-friendliness: Table unsafe for baby chair
THOUGH IT'S IN MY FAVOURITE CITY POLOKWANE, IN TERMS OF SERVICE, THIS HAS TO BE HANDS DOWN THE WORST PANAROTTIS I KNOW AND FREQUENT. POOR DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN IT. I'M DINNING IN AND TYPING THIS WHILST WAITING FOR PIZZA THAT I'VE ORDERED OVER AN HOUR AGO, BEER GLASS THAT I'VE REQUESTED FROM A GHOST ABOUT 30MIN AGO AFTER HAVING TO GET OUT OF MY SIT TO GO TO THE TILL TO ASK FOR SOME ATTENTION...NOW I'M BEING SERVED BY I DON'T KNOW WHO. WORST PART IS THAT THIS IS ALWAYS THE CASE HERE.
