Will definitely not go back. Unfriendly receptionist, ridiculous cost and the vet playing the other animal feed down, hinting that the food sold there is best. One gentleman, a staff member I'm assuming working at the back of the facility, was so friendly with warmest smile. I think he can definitely teach the receptionist a thing or 2 about customer service.

More than awesome you can't get. Dr Michelle and staff go the extra mile to welcome treat and do all in their human powers to treat my fur babies and this combination alone makes it an all round satisfying visit every time. Thank you.

My experience with Ms Jennifer Els on Wednesday 24 August 2022 was just super amazing. The way she dealt with my query was efficient and she even went as far as assisting the supply of the relevant information after hours. The information was for a school project our grandson requires. She deserves my 5 rating.

Take my pet there very good service

Little slow in between appointments. Otherwise very nice environment. In retrospect. Being a bit slow can also being attributed to being thorough. My pet wasn't traumatized which makes me a happy owner.

Extremely friend staff. Always welcomes you with a smile. The doctor is so patient, taking her time to answer all of your questions and concerns, even offering information from personal experiences. TAH Parow, really takes the worry away from your pets with their very friendly service and assistance. Thank you TAH Parow!

They were excellent my baby Arrow had his shots and loved Dr Michelle and staff friendly and no long wait to see the vet . Thank you guys for making Arrow 1st visit to the vet a positive experience
