We have just received very good and friendly service from the staff at Tygerberg Oral Health Centre. Very efficient and professional service from everyone there. I am really impressed. Well done and thank you to all there.

Is the dental open on weekends? Ive started with the dental from 2017 and ive suppose to gotten brases but wasnt on the list and im waiting for more than a year to get fillings

We have had a 5 year journey with Tygerberg Dental Clinic. My daughter has the most Beautiful teeth all due to this wonderful, professional compliment of staff and students. We never, ever felt like we were being treated by Students to be honest. The place is neat, clean and just an overall good experience. PROFESSOR Harris, Dr Walton & Dr Danie Visser ,Thank you for being Vital Roleplayers in my Daughters Beautiful teeth. Braces and Wisdom Teeth removal all done and we are Extremely Happy. We started in 2017 October and ended our Journey in October 2022. Highly Recommended and all worthit. Not forgetting the wonderful Xray Ladies, Receptionists in Orthodontic Drpt and in Maxillo Surgery. Thank you from the Bottom of our Hearts.

On the 8 June I had a wisdom tooth surgically removed by Dr Gavaar, assisted by Liezel, what a great team! I was a nerve rack and Dr made me feel so comfortable, they both were engaging with me, talking me through the process of what they were doing step by step, cracking jokes to make me feel at ease, very professional at same time. What I'm trying to say is they both went the extra mile to make my experience exceptional! Tygerburg hospital staff is wonderful and friendly from the security to the receptionist and the students well done and thank you. I recommend this Hospital 100% .....Sarah

Had my wisdoms removed on Monday under GA in theatre...I was very nervous and scared ..I must say the doctors and nurses here are wonderful. Thank you for making this such a great experience. Now on the road to recovery! I would recommend the dental hospital here to anyone needing assistance with oral/wisdom issues.

Friendly Helpful Efficient Single complaint - Do not answer the phone lines : Called for a week morning and afternoon

I have to admit. My experience here was the most professional I've ever received from a government institution. I guess since they're in partnership with UWC that's the reason. I wish all government offices could be as good as them. Only thing I found strange is that the security handles the documents. No offence to them but that's not their job. After x-rays I expect my folder to go to the admin staff again. Not security. Security can help elsewhere not with my precious folder. My opinion.

Not even been to the place but already getting ill treatment over the phone, no wonder this lady refused to reveal identity, very rude. I was still explaining and she started saying goodbye.

Had to arrive at 4am to get helped after 11am, the day before I arrived at 8 and they told me they were full already. I recommend going early and being prepared to wait.
