Disappointing experience at Pentravel Cape Gate branch. Saturday, 17 June 2023. I wanted to book my birthday trip. Due to one person on duty and after waiting for more than hour without any assistance. This branch, fails to state that after 3pm, you cannot get pricing or book trips. The woman that does the financing of any trip was not helpful and failed to mention this after waiting this long! Very disappointing experience. Its a pity in this economy that this branch is not interested in business. Clearly they must be making enough money to give horrible service like this. Still waiting for feedback.

I have to commend Lara du Plessis from the CapeGate branch. She was exceptionally helpful, speedy in her responses and very professional throughout. I appreciate all the effort you made in trying to assist me Lara, and I will definitely recommend Pentravel to my friends and family!

I like to congratulate Roxanne Parfitt on her excellent customer service for going the extra mile for arranging and organizing my trip to Namibia a few days ago. So far my adventure of the Namib Desert turned out to be a great success and I enjoyed it very much and taking photos of the high sand dunes, animal life and plant life was totally mind blowing. The next day I took it easy and I toured the National Marine Aquarium, Woerman House, took photos of the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean, visited the Swakopmund Lighthouse, Swakopmund Museum and the Krystal Gallerie the worlds largest gemstone museum. Lastly I visited the Snake Park where I had a friendly encounter with a two and a half meter African Rock Python. Both the Desert Adventure and the Krystal Gallerie were my best highlights of my Namibian tour. Next time I look forward to doing business again with Roxanne where I would like to visit Namibia again but this time visiting Sossusvlei Game Lodge and the Sossusvlei nature reserve. Roxanne you deserve 10 out of 10 for you excellent customer service.

Took some time since we had a new staff member, and didn't get quite get to the end goal... but the prices are unbeatable : Upon going back I'll have my tickets and be able to buy my travel insurance. If you are going for the first time, remember cash and EFT payments get discounted. And as obvious as it may seem... have you passport ready.

It is always a pleasure to step into to this branch. The ladies are friendly and so professional. You will always leave this place 100% satisfied evertime guaranteed
