My husband  bought a flight  ticket at Pnp instead of 6pm the cashier  booked him for 6 pm...l called the flightsite contact number even though it was after hours and on a weekend  my our problem was solved..The ladies were so friendly...Thank you

Flightsite always have probes yoh I booked my bus money went through but I didn’t receive my booking confirmation or any communication from you. and my booking is within 48 hours. Scam!

Good Day I recently used the website to book a ticket to Namibia and after booking the ticket I couldn't manage my booking. Immediately I went into a panic and thought I was scammed. I am happy to say all turned out well and I would highly recommend this site and will definitely use them again. I also highly recommend Airlink for their outstanding service and the way they communicated with me and kept me informed every step of the way.

I booked a flight and paid with card.  I received a message that part of payment didn't go through, and I had to pay R3018 by 9pm that night otherwise I would lose the booking.  I saw afterwards that II overpaid for the return flight as I saw that the actual flight was only 1800on Safair.  I do not understand the discrepancy.  FlightSite is supposed to offer good value.  I will do a proper pricecheck next time before I use FlightSite again.

I could even give then zero star. They sold me a bus ticket online via pick n pay. Then I decided to cancel the reservation because of other issues. I sent them an email via the email they gave me on the ticket. They didn't respond so I decided to call the given number on the ticket. They denied the email address was theirs but the number is theirs, they even told me we don't do cancellations and they were very rude and cheeky. I even emailed the email they gave me as theirs still they didn't respond. And now they tell me to send them my details, on which email? who will respond this time? They just want their money.

Absolutely horrific service. Etihad cancelled our flight schedule and instructed us to get a refund from the agency that booked the tickets. 7 days of not answering s SINGLE email. Days of phoning multiple times a day without any answer, just a message that we must hold for the next available consultant. This place should not be allowed anywhere near the travel market. HORRIFIC

Using this FLIGHT vouchers via my Vodabucks was very stressful and if it was not for Joy Vorster, I might have listed this service as a scam However, she was able to calm me down in the days that followed, and we ended up getting the discounts required. She will be an asset to anyone's business. #FanOfJoy
