Old Bus  which is not on time passengers were waiting from 18h30 until 22h00 then stuck on N1 next to Cape Town remember the destination is Queenstown and Mthatha no alternatives to assist passengers to arrive to where they are going    Come on Delta why you are playing with people's time

Worst experience ever i will never use Munhenzva again  .They made me feel like their are doing me a favour  .There was no service at all. They made me pay 650 for 3 bags and they wanted more and more money for Wrapping my bags .There is no service at all . Dont Use This Bus please

Wiesenhof restaurant within Kloof Hospital is a convenient place to meet and have a cup of coffee pr tea with something to eat.

Never ever use Delta it's a nightmare I have been waiting for 2 hours no bus from cape to jorburg...there is no communication with the passengers...don't be fooled by their lower fares its scam...I will never ever again use these busses.. .it's better to pay more at interface,Grey hound or eldo..you have been warned..now they are  sending us messages that the bus will come at 10 pm from 4 pm just imagine..something  must be done they should be banned from offering transport services to the public

Worst service ever! Save yourself the money and stress from using their so called Travel Agency services. They do not take any responsibility over their suppliers or even bother to vet them. We have a friend taking a trip to come back to Cape Town from Harare and we cannot get hold of the Wezwe Coaches they have contracted. They only have one contact number that goes to voicemail, no other contact details. JustGo shunts all responsibility onto their supplier who they don't even have contactable contact details for. They may be a third party supplier but it is still their responsibility to ensure the suppliers that they contract are vetted and operating. You can't tell customers to contact the supplier if you don't even have the contact details. They reply on WhatsApp but don't actually care about your issues.

Delta is the worst bus ever. Literally booked my tickets weeks ago only to end up sitting on the stairs because the bus is full.

worst experience Ever.These pple care about money and they don't care abt lives of customers. I took a bus from Joburg to cape town on Friday the 16th and that is my last day of using Delta couches. Worst service ever in my whole life.

They don’t even deserve this one star! The worst service ever. Save yourself and your loved ones the stress and stay away from this poorly managed service. My niece and her friends have been stranded in the middle of nowhere on the N1 since this morning - the bus is broken and Delta is making no means to hire alternative transport. This is after they first waited more than 6 hours after scheduled departure time from CT. This whole company must shut down.

Disappointing service. Don't keep promises. Booked the bus ticket arrived at the station at 9:00 only to wait 2 hours before I was told that the bus coming only on Saturday.  If there was an option to leave no stars I would.  Even the customer service was horrible. Spoke to someone for a refund only to be told that I had contact the bus service, but they don't answer the phone.  Save your money and don't support these people.
