Friendly staff, good selection of general pet products and long hours so can pop in before or after work. Like I said the staff are lovely - the owner/manager is not. She seems easily offended, and preachy; she will give you a whole condescending speech without letting you get a word in. I made the mistake of phoning to ask about an order and got a whole "we are too busy for a 5 min phone call" lecture and more that I didn't hear coz I had to take the phone away form my ear. Great staff, nice store, crappy owner/manager.
