The steers at petroport, is pathetic. The service is terrible, waited 40 minutes for 3 milkshakes, when asked the staff about it, the gentleman who was giving the customers foods, started screaming at my wife, and made a scene. Totally unacceptable. I wouldn't advice anyone to go there until the staff get better training and learn how to treat a customer.
It was extremely busy as lots of people were driving back to Johannesburg after month weekend. We didn't have any issues.
What an amazing stop. I would even recommend it as part of your road trips. Amazing service and coffee / road trip food stop.
There is no service!!! 10 poeple on the floor but only 2 working!! No manager looking if the petrol attendants are working, just doing whatever they want!! Swak swak swak diens!!!
The improvements after that long reconstruction are very well done, There's Steers, Nandos, and Spur for travelers who might want to get refreshments and or a meal for the road
A great place to take breaks in between traveling and has all take-away shops for fast food restaurants. Toilets are clean.
They never have enough staff working at the petrol pumps. They use cones and dustbins to close most of the pumps . Rather skip and drive to Kranskop. Poor management.

Stopped for petrol and just a loo run, the toilets are not too clean however I was there the same time as a bus with lots of people and we where queueing. The staff are very friendly
The fuel attendants stands and look at the cars waiting to get fuel but do not help them pour fuel. The attendants are rude and arrogant.
