been coming here to fix my watches for the past 10 years. Only place I could rely on to have a watch fixed no matter the age or problem. Never took note of the shop name but wondered why people always say "he's very rude" or things like that Somehow I come across a birthday sale post or something on facebook and I end up finding a zero rated tudor so I buy it thinking that I'm going to be blocked at checkout. But it goes through! so I immediately contact them to ask if it's just a bug. Now almost a month later I'm having to haggle and nag to get my money back and I'm told I have to drive all the way to the shop and at less money than I gave! I'm a software engineer myself and I reckon I've been very understanding of the bug on the website, but now I'm being made to feel as if it's my fault. I generally don't even write reviews or complain online cos people don't change based on one person's opinion, but I think I've been reasonable up to this point. I just want to warn others
Absolute world class service. Not only did they manage to service my 1950s Omega Seamaster but they managed to source a period correct Omega crown for it. Thank you very much Philip Zetler Jewellers!

A hidden gem of a store tucked away in the heart of town. Upon entering Philip Zetler I was greeted by an amazing collection of watches and fine jewelry. Mr Zetler is straightforward and very helpful in assisting you find exactly what it is you are looking for. A rare place to find a personal customer service touch these days. All this and with it comes some of the most beautiful watches you can find in a store. There was a wide range of both rare and vintage watches giving one the opportunity to find that unique timepiece just for them. I very much enjoyed my time there and would recommend this fine store to anyone else looking for quality timepieces and the experience that comes with them. I hope to be back soon Philip, many thanks.
Wonderful selection of watches and jewelry at great prices. The owner Philip manages the shop himself and is hands-on, available with a great deal of knowledge of his stock as well as what's out there generally, and super helpful. Definitely worth a visit.
