A word of caution when purchasing Philips Air Fryer products here in South Africa. For some obscure reason, they and their agent Service Tec do not carry an adequate supply of the correct spare parts for their Air Fryers. I purchased an Air Fryer in July 2019 via Takealot. Unfortunately, the outer pan assembly for the fryer was damaged, just the plastic piece. For the past 3 months we have been attempting to obtain this part from Philips / Service Tec, but in vain. We have been told by Service Tec that they do not have this part in stock and that they are unable to obtain it from Philip themselves, and that they cannot back-order the part from Philips because spares are no longer available and have been discontinued. This appliance is only 3 years old! I also note with interest that are more complaints on the Philips S.A. website about the lack of spare parts. Absolutely poor service and appalling intentions by Philips for the South African market
Friendly helpful staff. Great servicing of accredited products. My coffee machine needed a good service and repair after 5 years of making coffee. It works and looks like new again after work done. Best part is it was so reasonable in repair cost.. Love the shop where one can purchase new and demo small appliances at competitive prices. Absolutely love the old products on display of years passed.
Now this place is a complete and utter ripp off I needed a new pump for my coffee machine got one there only to find the voltage on my pump was different to the one I purchased so I went back to ask if I could swop it for a pump with the correct voltage and they told me flat out no returns or refunds now I am sitting with a R610 vibrating water pump I can not use and can't get my money back for this company must catch a wake up this is not how business should be connected I would not recommend anyone ever getting any parts from them cause you will be truly disappointed like me
Would not help my daughter get her kettle fixed which cost money. Things are only made to last a year regardless of the brand
I am happy to advise that this issue has now been satisfactorily resolved. Very disappointed with the service received. After leaving our coffee machine for repairs, we were told that we would be contacted with a quote for the repairs. After 3 days and not a call from them, we contacted them. We had the impression that they hadn't even looked at the machine but received a quote later that day. We accepted their quote and waited for the repairs to be concluded. Collected the machine todayall wrapped in cling wrap, paid in excess of R1000 and guess what, it still has the same fault. Not impressed at all !
Most useless bunch of people. i ever dealt with. Useless is giving them a compliment. Please dont buy any brand associated with these people. 2 phone calls & 2 sms & 1 email AND still no quote to fix my coffee machine... more than a week later and no understanding why they so useless and just plain rude in this regard. So had to send someone to go fetch my coffee machine as I would have caused major drama in that shop. So they requested R350 for quoting. A quote never received. So this person just paid and same feedback … rude rude bunch of people especially the woman.

Four dealings I've had with this company, every single one has been a nightmare. Delonghi needs to find a new service centre.
They were very helpful in Facebook. Took my coffee machine in to get repaired and they sorted it out for me. It's not a speedy process but they get the job done. Very happy with the result and a year later my coffee machine is still going strong. They also stock a lot of Saeco / Phillips stuff for coffee machines.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. I logged a fault with my coffee machine with them on Easter Monday a public holiday, within an hour the owner of the business had contacted me and we had agreed that I would bring the unit in the next day. I took it in the next day, they checked it in under warranty and told me it would take 2-3 days. About 3 hours later the technician called to get a clear understanding of the problem and tell me what their findings were and what they had done. Later that day they contacted me to collect the unit. Throughout the whole process everyone was exceptionally nice, polite and helpful. I can't recommend them enough!!!!
