Incredible Connection

They often say to give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. My husband and I experience highest level of integrity and sincerity today from this store. We were particularly impressed with the branch manager level of professionalism and ability to resolve conflicts. She is amazing. Incredible connection they need her the most. She is the brand.

Excellent experience. Sales guy had great knowledge of the product. I found the product cheaper online and the teller gave me at the online price, no fuss. Very efficient service. Thank you.

Brilliant service from Dariun. He was knowledgeable and patient, he made us feel as though Incredible was our family and trust was immediately established. We could have walked out the store empty handed but we left with an Acer i7 and haven't looked back!

It has to the worst store in the whole centre. It’s never busy but the staff are always never interested in help and would rather walk away than help. If they do help they are always rushing - I don’t know where because the store is never busy. Would have lost all interest in this business had it not been for the store in Watercrest. I ALWAYS get what I need from there and the staff is always helpful. Will definitely never visit this store again I’m not sure what I was thinking giving it another chance.

Absolutely no customer service. Staff ignore you. They act like they doing you a favour. Has to be one of the worst shopping experience.

Good service and helpful staff. Less range and stock than Gateway. Short waiting times. Bags should be free if you pay over R1000. Smaller bags would be good.

Bought the Acer Aspire 5. Very reasonable and competitive pricing on the laptops. The walkout promotion was a welcomed additional purchase. Excellent service recieved from the salesman, Dariun, once again! He's knowledge and honesty on the laptop and printer tech is very impressive and refreshing. This really provided the confidence needed to make the final decision to purchase the laptop. Keep it up!

I logged my Volkano mini ups in for repairstill under warranty with your service center on the 2 March 2023 and I was told I'd be contacted with updates on the repair it should be sorted out within 21 working days. It's now been 26 working days I've gotten absolutely nothing from you guys. Which is just ridiculous. On the 16 March 2023 I received an SMS telling me that me item was logged in with the JD service centre. It took you guys 11 working days just to book my item in. Did you guys forget to send it in or what ? And for some reason even though I made this purchase online and had it delivered I still needed to go to a physical store to get it sorted out. Good bye incredible connection I will no longer be buying from you guys. Update: I got a call from some lady on the 13 April 2023 telling me that they're going to refund me and I she's going to send me all the information I need to provide via email and I'm still waiting for this email . I swear your after sales is nonexistent

an item was listed in stock on their website, upon arrival at the store the same item was available, however, it was R300 more expensive. Despite having the same item code number. I was informed that "the picture on the website was not correct" - illogical. Please be aware that this store does not honor prices listed on the website and seem to be more expensive for certain items. Decided not to spend a cent at the store and purchased item elsewhere. One star is too complementary for the time wasted.

I had great an INCREDIBLE experience at this store Pavillion. Dariun Louw attended to my every need and then some. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of items I needed and questions I had and oh we laughed alot . I've been looking at the other reviews of this store and see alit of bad reviews. If there's one advice I can give potential customers is ask for Dariun, his Supervisor name is Rochelle; you won't go wrong with these two that's for sure. Thank you Dariun and Rochelle.
