The service was fantastic. The hake meal I ordered not so great. I believe they can improve.. the salad was great 10/10.. child friendly environment;went there with my little sister, she had a blast at the kiddies play area.
The waiter was extremely friendly, she came to check up on us a few times , even told us about their specials. The table was nice and clean. I would definitely go back
The food is alright and the service is also very good. There are nice people serving there. The only downside is there isn't much of a vibe as it doesn't get many patrons as it used to in the past. Others may like this as it offers a sense of privacy and space especially for having kids play freely. Kid-friendliness: Play area with a camera monitor
I’m a fan of the brand but was really disappointed by the level of service. The entire meal went by without the waiter checking up on us. The food was good though. Enjoyed the combo. Well done.
The service was slow and poor. I received the wrong milkshake, was never brought cutlery, no serviettes, the waitress was barely ever at my table. I ordered a calamari starter and it was the smallest portion I have ever received anywhere. At least is tasted good and the waitress was friendly.
I am so happy with the service that i received from Phoenix Spur.. Mr Ndimande and TumieManagers, they treat us so well after we have complain about our order, they rectified our order and ensure that we left the restaurant with quality meal. I am so happy with the treatment and Yes!!!! We always spend time with my family at this restaurant and we will definitely do that again and again.Thank you so so much Regards Tshifhiwa and family Kid-friendliness: Kids receive free toys.
Waitress was very nice her name was Lesley. But no music. Couldn't give my son a milkshake because the icecream mashine was broken. We came here so that tbey can sing for his birthday. Didn't happen. Just overall a bad vibe. Feel sorry for the people working here. Food was okey Really just a depressing mood!!!!

I don't like to compare one place with another, but when it comes to franchises I have to. I went for a breakfast at Phoenix Spur and got like 10 chips with my Unreal breakfast and the toast didn't even looked it was toast and like for example when I go to Queenswood Spur and order the same breakfast I get like a whole basket of chips I just want to know how that works, like I pay the same price but you get less at food at the one spur than another.
