I prefer to buy groceries at PNP, prices are affordable. Just think the shop itself needs a little maintenance and updating.

Drove all the way from Kenhardt to the liquor store, Googled store times, said 07h00 to 20h00, only to find closed, never opened at all

Clean, helpful staff, fresh veg and fruit. Overall good experience.

Absolutely loved the experience, clean, well maintained. Service with a smile, obviously behind a mask. Hand sanitizing waa ensured upon entrance to the store. There wasn't a long wait on the queue, there was enough cashiers to attend to the people, thus this meant no long waiting times or queues. I like that they open on Sunday too, up until 8pm, regardless of the other stores closing early. Visited again and I am still happy.

Grilled chicken, 2 for the price of 1 is excellent.

Friendly service at tills/pay points and clean hygiene for me is important so that's worth a 5 star rating for me

The shop is little small custumors bumping into each other and the trollies are difficult to handle between small space and extra raaksien stage with food specially at butchery department. An the other problem I want to buy a sausage role everyone at back stand around chatting no one ask of they could help I stand over 5minutes after I ask if there is someone that would help me. I was the only one there customars moves just buy. And the merchsndissers is is necery for them with that big trollies and stand chatting with each other I had to turn around walk all the way back to otherwise of shop to get what I need. I was on the bring of leave my trolly and go to checkers. Were are the security or manager to see everything or floor manager. Upington shop is to small specially on pay dates to handle big amounts of clients. Then no one could even month or breath in the shop. And the deli please I think it is not clean enough flies inside the the display centres hand marks on the display glass. That is why I only gave a nine.

The people who who at the lotto machine are very rude and slow. Would not recommend anyone to go buy at that till.

Not a good experience yesterday, Tuesday, 8/2/22. Basic products, like Cream Crackers, not available. And so quite a few other products. BUT the lady at the water filling point was very friendly and even filled my empty bottles for me. No Pick n Pay! I'm not used you are like that. So sorry I have to complain.
