I was kept posted on how far they were with my order when contacting them on WhatsApp. The cot & compactum was made from scratch and they are super beautiful and sturdy, took 5-6weeks like they stated. And the delivery guys were on time and super friendly and helpful! Great experience with these guys! Highly recommend them!
If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t.. anyway where do I even begin with the most horrible experience I’ve received from any company ever.. it is partly my fault because I read the previous reviews about this company and ignored them.. I ordered a high chair on the 18th of November. They told me they do not have stock on hand so they will have to place an order for me. I agreed and hence did not expect the chair to arrive very soon- I was okay with this. On the 1st of December I enquired about the chair and they said it will be here next week and they will let me know when it arrives.. on the 12th of December they still did not have any update on the chair. Everyday from then I asked and everyday was a new excuse, eg. the courier company has it and they havnt delivered, there’s delays because of the festive season, etc. Also, they never gave me an update on their own, I always had to WhatsApp them multiple times and eventually call them to get an answer. Anyway, on the 13th of December they told they suddenly messaged me saying they have to give me a refund. It’s now the 23rd of December and I still havnt received my refund- everyday is a new excuse, eg. the accountant isn’t answering her phone ??!!. My suggestion to anyone thinking of purchasing from this terrible company: Don’t ignore the reviews and rather reserve your purchase for another company. There are many other reliable companies who offer the same products for children.
This warehouse shop sells mostly baby clothing, furniture and maternity wear. Nonetheless, I visited their lovely on-site coffee shop. I had a gorgeous iced coffee and a generously portioned piece of cheesecake. The barista also the waiter was exceptionally friendly and he clearly knew how to make a great cup of coffee. Furthermore, the space is tastefully decorated. It is by far the best coffee shop on Northumberland street. I absolutely loved the cookies in the shape of baby footprints.
Absolutely terrible experience, and I have to highlight that this is referred to the owner. I will never buy from this store again and I suggest anyone reading this should support a different company. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Terrible customer services. Falsely Advertised a sale didn't reply to emails then gave excuse after excuse as to why my product wasn't on sale. Yet their website clearly started it was. First time complaining on social media but honestly shocking customer service
I bought a rocking chair from them and I am very happy with the product and the process. The store staff were very friendly in assisting me and whenever I sent a WhatsApp message they responded right away. They said it could take 5 to 6 weeks and it did. I had to ask for an update towards the end but I received feedback quickly. Overall I had a good experience.
I love the store, first time there, got a car seat. The staff is really very well knowledgeable on car seats and they are so friendly and helpful. Literally took all the time to show us how to install it and everything. I had an absolutely lovely experience there, it would be a mission to get me to go anywhere else from now on. Also, you can even whatsapp them and they are really on the ball. Thank you ladies!!!
We have visited Pinkfoot Boutique a few times over the past month or so and with every visit the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. We bought a rocking chair there recently and we are amazed at the efficiency from ordering to delivery. The quality is amazing! Would definitely recommend!
Let's start. We paid in full for a compactum and cot on 10th Dec 2020. After 8 weeks I received delivery. That was okay with me and then the drama began. Poor quality products. Finish of the product is not what is to be expected from items with these price tags. So I try calmly to contact them and get this resolved. They agree to get the factory to do a replacement. Get a call a day later and Oops they didn't note the correct COLOUR of the order. So they tell me give them a few days to make a replacement. So I wait and this goes on 5 times over. They call be saying they will deliver only to get a call an hour later saying sorry we noticed some quality issues and not happy to send the product out. Finally on try number 6 they deliver. And guess what the items delivered are worst than what I initially received. Oh well they promised me a refund today... So let's wait and see. If you read this do yourself a favor don't shop at pinkfoot you will only regret it. There are many establishments that would gladly provide you with a better experience. This shop does not deserve to be called a boutique. PINK FOOT BOUTIQUE, more like operating with 2 left feet. I RATE THEIR PRODUCTS AS FACTORY DEFECTS.
Extremely disappointed. POOR SERVICE. Do not order with them. Bernadene told me that she would note on my order to expedite the completion and delivery. Then when I called to follow up, she could not see any note on my order. Then when I called to follow up again, she pretended to be another sales person who did not know anything about my troubles. Completely a waste of time, and that's not even half of the story.
