Pizza Perfect Castle Walk

Absolutely disgusted. The Pizza is completely soaked on one side and the pieces are falling apart, it’s like water or oil has just been poured over it. We waited a ridiculously long time for this pizza too. The staff working there burst into laughter as we left. Clearly service delivery is a joke to the staff working there. Would not recommend.

Tried ordering chips via uber eats. When driver went to pick up, they told him they can’t do chips. Took 20min to sort out and eventually had to cancel entire order. Very poor fromPizza Perfect.

Placed an order on uber eats, half of the order was missing, when I phoned the restaurant, they blamed the driver, and screamed at each other over the phone. To make it worse the chicken wings were still bloody and were unable to each anything, as the rest of order was missing. Very dissappointed!

Ordered pizza for dinner when we got home the pizza was raw and unedible we then phoned them to tell them this and they said we must just heat it we told him we bought ready made pizza not uncooked he then started quarreling with us and then said its too late to bring it back they are closed we sat without dinner for the night after paying nearly R300 for pizza.

Ordered through the app. Received a sms that says ready for collection. Came there and they have not started with my order. Got it 1hour after order with a rotten avo on it.

We order pizzas nearly 11 years..always lovely had a unbaked pizza ones or twice but phoned the owner paul and immedeatly sorted it out..

Great pizza, customer for 5 years now. We make use of the delivery service, average wait on Friday 17:00 to 18:00 is 1h from order to delivery. Pizza always hot on delivery. Sometimes the phone line is dead with no ringing tone or engage tone . The I drive there and waittttt.

Recently on a late afternoon I walked in and ordered a pizza to take away. I had a veg exotico pizza and I had to wait for about ten minutes only until it was ready. The taste was ok.

Ordered online to collect. After indicated preparation lead time , arrive to collect. Told that order is almost ready but then it is still not in the oven. Doesn’t work for hangry.
