Pizza Perfect Moreleta Park

Had to update my good review from the past. Not sure if new management. Avoid at all costs. They tell you 20min it'll be ready and after 30 minutes they still say another 30 minutes. Ridiculous. their quality has also dropped badly. Less toppings and kiddies mac & cheese was burnt and disgustingService: 1/5

Good pizza, but after ordering on the app for delivery, they keep “forgetting” to deliver the pizza. The first two deliveries were great, hot pizza, but from there the deliveries only happen when you phone to check when the pizza will be delivered.

It’s clear that too many orders are coming in for a shop this size or there are too few staff to make the pizzas fast enough. It is also very frustrating to wait 40 minutes for your “fast food” when you drive all the way to the shop to avoid the long waiting time for delivery, only to stand there and watch all the Mr D & Uber eats orders flying out the door. It is clear these get pushed in front of the orders of the people in the shop. I also like how the staff have a giggle under their breath when you complain and look at you like you are being difficult. I hope for the sake of the owner that they always have this problem of TOO MANY orders, because when the orders start slowing down, all the people who stood waiting won’t be there to support you anymore.

Pizzas are rather good, though sometimes when asking for avocado, the avo is bruised in places and instead of removing the bad parts they are also put onto the pizza which is a little disappointing. The lasagna is poor, stick to the pizzas, and you'll get decent value for money. Service is also friendly and on point.

Extremely bad service, ordered on the phone and they said 30 min for collection, when I got there at 40mins they haven't even started my order yet and the manager doesn't seem to care at all. This is the last time I'm ordering from them Wish I could give them a zero out of 5

Tried this Pizza perfect a few times. Orders always take more than 60min to arrive. Mostly when pizza does arrive its soggy or cold. Even had to return a full delivery due to bad quality.

The lady at the register taking the order was extremely rude. Did not greet when I came in but only starred and waited for me to give her my order number and then she didnt even read the order back, only typed in the amount on the card machine and placed the card machine infront of me. The pizzas are good but this place wont be seeing me again only because of the poor and rude service I got.

They offer a 20% promotion but when ordering online, you don't get to type in the code, so you pay full price?

One of the better take away pizza places in moreletapark. Delivery takes a bit long but waiting at the shop is about 10 to 15 min exept for month end fridays when it gets really busy and the waiting time then increases.

Their pizzas really are perfect. Well priced. They allow half and half and u pay 50% of each pizza. They're fast They deliver. They've delivered to me before and the pizza looked shaken around in the box, it was bad, and they brought me another pizza immediately, no questions asked. They've burned a pizza of mine before and refused to give it to me, because the quality standard was just not acceptable. So yea they make mistakes, but they fix them like CHAMPIONS! I love this place and highly recommend to all.
