The Pool and Patio Centre has, in addition to its full range of PUMPS, FILTERS, AUTOMATIC POOL CLEANERS, heaters and CHLORINATORS, a showroom showcasing REVELSTONE paving, TRADEWINDS parasols and SUPERIOR SPA'S.

Pool Care Clinic provides routine maintenance on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Its service area includes the Southern Suburbs from Muizenberg to Pinelands, the City Bowl as well as the Atlantic Seaboard.

We are committed to adding value to its service through a strong service ethos and by being reliable, professional and honest.

We are a regular recipient of the National Spa and Pool Institute Award for the Best Pool Shop. The annual swimming pool professionals Award of Excellence is made by the Institute to Pool Shops for outstanding service and support supplied to pool and spa owners.

Unfriendly, argumentative and lacking in the communication department massively.  I had a Badu Logic chlorinator installed by Pool Care a few years ago but recent builders cracked the housing. I called Pool Care and asked them to come have a look at it. The guy who answered the phone wasted probably 3 minutes telling me they never installed the system and making me feel like I was lying or confused. I have the invoice here Even if it wasn’t it didn’t matter…all I needed was someone to come out to inspect my system.  Called in three times to find clarity and not one call back to me to arrange the quote I asked for.

I booked an appointment for my first service this week. I asked what does the pool first appointment entail. I was given the reassurance that the pool will be cleaned, a report will be done and a leak looked at. I happily accepted. The charge was R600. The guys arrive and they have nothing to clean the pool. When I call pool clinic the say it is my fault because I did not advise them at 8am. I spoke to the lady on Monday to advise that I needed the pool clean. Today is Thursday that they come through. How much notice must I give them. To insinuate it is my fault without checking first is completely ridiculous.  NSPI member or not this companies is completely unprofessional

Horrible experience with Pool Care Clinic! Took them over a month to actually fix our pump leading to an unusable and incredibly green pool, I’m worse state then when they arrived! They had to comeback 5 times to install our pump because they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to check that there were no leaks on the pump systems joins they connected. Definitely do not recommend them. Surly staff and unapologetic manager.

Wrong advice given by such an infriendly gentleman and now our pool ph level, alkaline, etc is messed up and water is cloudy. After 2 weeks we are still battling!  Will never go back there again.

Awesome service, well priced. They have not only helped me, but also gave me a better understanding of pools & how to manage mine by myself. I won't go anywhere else!
