Radiant Pools

I had a insurance claim. My insurance company chose Radiant pool to come and inspect. They came wrote a report that it was wear and tear because my pump was not working. Long story short my insurance did not pay. I phoned a other pool place a week later and within 5 mins they discovered that there was nothing wrong with the pump is was the faulty plug. I moved the plug and the pump was working. If this is there service to do a inspection I would definitely not recommend them.

My pool was built by Radiant Pools in 2010. I have had endless problems with my pool and ever since it was built. I have made contact with NSPI twice in the first two years with regards to bad workmanship. I will not recommend this "award winning" company. Unfortunately, I had to give them one star in order to post this review. If it was my choice I would give them 5 rotten eggs.

Nothing to share as they have not replied to my email as yet. Disappointed.
