Hi, can somebody please contact me with regards to my pool cover. I am struggling to get resolution on this matter since the end of October 2022. Essentially the cover has come apart on the same place it was repaired about a year ago November 2021. The cover is now just under 2 years old. Not sure if this is normal or not. Update: Lmu has promised they will come out to repair/reinforce the cover in the new year as they swamped now. The installation team will also advise as to the bolt that had deteriorated on the tile. 10/1/23 Promise fulfilled. Keenan and Gannon came out to fix the cover. I can say that although they were busy and it took some time, kudos to PowerPlastics to backing their product.
I would give ten starts if possible! Mlu from sales was AWESOME! He made everything so easy and pleasant from start to finish! Nicholas who came out to take the measurements along with Lucky who did the installation was very professional and helpful! We are extremely impressed and happy with our safety dark grey cover! I would certainly recommend this company! Thanks guys!
I had a positive experience with PowerPlastics. They were able to install within 10 days and were overall very prompt and cooperative. The installation guys were polite and worked quickly - in and out in 30-40 mins.
BEWARE of doing business with this company. I purchased a new pool cover in October 2021, which meant that it only covered the pool during the summer months November - April. I was advised by the company that services my pool every 2 weeks to leave it open during the winter months, which I did. I covered my pool again in November 2022 when the weather warmed up, but already noticed that the cover was looking a bit discoloured. In February, it ripped! I immediately reported it to PowerPlastics - who sent a team to evaluate the damage - and who then removed the cover and took it to their premises for testing. After many calls, I was finally told that this was damage caused by the pool chemicals. I replied that this was impossible because the cover was virtually new and my pool is professionally maintained. I also reminded them that they had guaranteed that it would last 2-5 years and it had not been covering my pool for even 7 months. They continued to blame the pool maintenance company and flatly refused to repair or replace the cover - or even to offer a discounted rate for a replacement. This company is a RIP OFF. Either they use defective materials OR they lie about their guarantee. My advice: Do not waste your money! Like me, you will regret it if you do!

So disappointed. The Guys were a few steps from my house and I asked if they could come and measure at my house and provide a quote. They refused and said I must call the office, which I did. The office called the guys who claimed they had left my neighborhood already, which was not possible given that I called the office as they entered the estate. Left such a bitter taste. My last cover was from them and needed replacing. Guess i'll go elsewhere
The pool covers work really well at reducing leaves/dirt and warming up pool, but best of all the direct price is heaps better than at resellers. Would recommend to mates, and have already bought my folks a pool cover for their pool too so it’s warmer and has less chemicals when we visit
Really bad service from day 1 on. We asked for advice on our place. No answer. We asked again. We had to send measurement from our pool and only got an quotation, still no advice. They came and measured again. Then they delivered a cover which didn't fit to the pool. That's because we wanted advice. But we had to pay already in advance for a product which wasn't suitable for our pool. It took us 2 monthes to get a cover that fitted. And it took us from then on another 6 weeks from the delivery till we got our monney back. Sometimes, we had to write 3-4 times till we got an answer on our emails. Can't recommend that company at all.
Great service from MLu, he kept me up to date each step of the way. The installation team did a great job too. My pool is not a standard size, very tricky with measurements and poles. They spent 2.5 hours here to ensure it was installed correctly and to my satisfaction. Well done team, you should be very proud of yourselves.
Great service - Thula kept me updated on progress every step of the way. The product looks better than I anticipated and is very effective.
