What a great experience. The lady which helped us here was knowledgeable and friendly. She have the best advice for our situation and would recommend anyone looking for pool advice to come here. They also gave the option to test our water to ensure it remains sparkling and blue.

At first, these guys were brilliant.. but as time goes on the customer service is dreadful.. unfortunately too many phone calls made and no response apart from we will come through.. not good for a business like this. Won't recommend them to anybody again

Dreadful! Promised to come out, did not pitch and have now stated that a new pool pump is needed without even inspecting the pool. Shocking service!

Absolutely no respect for time, 3 days late for initial appointment and then 3 weeks late for follow up problem not solved In the time I got another company to fix the problem, they also made it so clear that the Pool Warehouse had no idea what they were talking about, the problem WAS NOT under the pool pump cover AT ALL

Shocking! Damaged pool fittings unnecessarily and quoted for work not required.

I had high hopes after visiting the store, but after saying it would take 3 days to service my kreepy krauly, they have now had it for a week and it's still not done. They also don't phone me back to let me know anything. Bad service.

Fantastic service, friendly owners and staff and all round a wo derful experience. Definitely the best in town and comrs highly recommended!

No words can actually describe how bad the service is...Michael the owner has such a bad attitude....Should have realised after batteling for two weeks.

Worst call out service ever. Literally too busy to care about customers. In shop experience is top notch but very different when call out is needed.

I really battled to get our pool blue after spending thousands of rands, went to pool warehouse and the very friendly helpful staff assisted in testing the water and gave products that made the pool blue within a few hours.
