It is so good to experience world class service again! Vaughn in one afternoon fixed an issue that had plagued my PC for months and for a very fair price. So impressed I took my other laptop through and he breathed new life into it so it is also flying again. Well done guys - New customer for life!
Customer service is excellent. They communicate any issues well and you get the sense they are trying to help. They are also talented, I say this due to a completely awful experience at the notebook company where I was being charged R1800 and 7 - 12 working days for a repair, These wonderful people resolved the problem at a fifth of the price and in two hours. Cannot express my gratitude enough.
These guys understand their job very well. No worries when getting things fixed or buying.
Werner the owner of the shop, was busy fixing an array of other computers when I arrived. He stopped helped me with the necessary hardware I was looking for then spent the next 1-2hours helping me reinstall my operating system, I really appreciated how he didn’t hesitate to help me and made me a priority!!!! Great service with a Friendly smile. THANK YOU!!! P.S. Hope you enjoy the gift
