What an easy experience, given the current scenarios we are faced with at post offices in main cities! I waited approximately 45min in the queue, and it took less than 10 minutes to get my licence disc. Thanks to the staff at Emerald Hill. Superstars!
I went to renew my car license 3 times. Everytime there was a different story! I bought it eventually from another post office. Sorry you wont see my face again!
This is the post office always reliable to get your licenses renewed. They have listened to clients complaints and are trying to smooth out the process by speeding up the licence renewal process.
Gets the job done and usually no small talk with the staff, but takes a bit longer than hoped for. Over all good customer service and just some people trying to make a living.
There is absolutely NO control outside NO social distancing and no signs for where to stand because you wait half an hour in a queue to get to the front and they say you are in the wrong queue and have to go back to the other queue and wait for another half an hour.
Absolutely pathetic. Stood in line for 3 hours, got to front and got asked tor document not on list. Came back and did same again and was out of paper, came back did it all again and computer is down. 9 hours and 3 days and job not done.
I would give this zero stars! NO TONER!? What the hell!! And I have just phoned to check and..can no-one answer the phone during lunch hours? Seriously!!
Can't keep toner in stock to keep the printers running. Please privatize so that the basics are done.
Staff extremely slow and rude. Not only to me, but also to the lady that was before me.
