Post Office

Disgusting service. I went to renew my car licence yesterday around 11:00. After waiting in a long queue for almost an hour the lady at counter 2 was so rude. I had all the paper work since I have been renewing our vehicles that is in a trust for the last few years. I am one of the trustees and she refused to help me because the car is not registered in my name…beyond incompetent!!!. I went to another post office and was helped by a competent and friendly lady.

Horrible service. End of month Saturday and Christmas time. Only 2 counters open and such a lóóóng queue outside the shop. I couldn't get my licence done and was handed a form ro complete. The manager told me that thís lóng queue will not finish before 12 and they close at 13:00. So, come another day!! All other clients were also refused. The Post Office shops are a disaster these days. Only SASSA payments are attented to. Other services are down the drain. Most off the branches are closing down, because most people find other solutions to solve their needs for assistance.

Pathetic service and incompetent staff. Inefficient to renew vehicle license. Customer service is an unknown thing to them. They just care for their stomach because they have a job. Nausiating to experience. They are so pathetic they don't even know they are pathetic. Faaaark !

They stole from my package, saw my envelop was wide open when I received it. never going through them again!

It really is quite bad. My original post-office closed down, and at first we were re-directed to Lyttleton- where service is quick and efficient. At Centurion, however, there is always a queue spanning metres and metres outside the doors, service is very slow, and you stand waiting for anything from 20 minutes to an hour just to collect one parcel.

Pathetic. No wonder the unemployment rate is 35%. 10 Counters, 2 open.

Unfriendly no customer service from the lady that does the car renewal. If you do not want to work there anymore please retire. So miserable. And please open at 08:00 and not make people wait outside for longer than what they need to.

Some of thw.most uselees people i have come across. No service. Was there for the third time, and still have not received my packet. The place, staff and service is a disgrace!! The staff has a "Not my job" attitude! Cant believe that the post office employ such lazy and unhelpfull persons and pay them!! 0 star rating!

In times of Corona, the only way you can get an original document is via email. There is no public announcement from the post office that says they may not certify documents in the above case, the supervisor even confirmed it. I honestly did not know this because, if I did I wouldn't have went to the Centurion Mall Post Office because there are usually problems there; and the teller literally said to me, "Don't make your problems my own." with the certifying stamp right next to her. Are you allowed to say this to customers?
