Just had the "Pleasure" _ NOT of dealing with Dean at your Edenvale Branch. not only was he obnoxious with my supplier , I got the fine treatment too. All this just to send a parcel to my Postnet Centurion via his! He needs a lesson in Customer service or Should only ever be allowed out after dark. Will NEVER use that service again
I just went there a few minutes ago. I wanted to have something delivered to me & I was told to drive up & go get it myself it's going to be 'expensive'. When I asked how much it would be, the statement was repeated & this time they added with it would depend if they had petrol or not. These guys were rude, obnoxious & not at all interested in helping me. Them assuming I can't afford something without telling how much it costs is disrespectful. You guys just lost me as a costumer.
Says open at 8:30 on Google Business, updated 3 weeks ago, get there and signs on window say 9:30. Waste of driving time.
