Horrendous treatment by staff & a revolting attitude, which in turn was escalated to Postnet Regional Manager who informed me there are regular complaints about this branch and to rather please use Sandown Postnet branch until supervision issues within this branch are resolved. I actually thought this must be a prank, is such insolence & disrespect in customer related positions even possible?? My experience was being told "you're just being difficult", "if you just be quiet then you'd understand better", oh & I experienced a rogue staff member who thought it hilarious, to impersonate being the manager, turns out it's a mere "part time stand in worker" who pulls this impersonating being manager/owner for kicks regularly, apparently aggravating paying customers are great entertainment to them & the other staff members quite willing play along.
I have been printing work for my business here for 5 years with no issues. Safe to say after my second encounter with the lady there, I presume is the manager. I will not return due to how rude she is and her poor attitude. The one day I printed an image which came out poorly with parts missing due to ink miss print - she simply just said "go somewhere else" and carried on with something else. The second time she refused to let me select certain pages to print on the print set up as I didn't need them all. I landed up paying for multiple duplicates on pages I didn't need. Unfortunate as the other staff has always gone out of their way to give excellent service.
I have been doing business with West Coast Postnet for the past 7 years,never had bad service. I always treat anybody with respect and friendliness, and get the same in return. Keep it up Venitia, Bronwen and CJ
Staff is very unfriendly and have a really bad self entitled demeanor. They do not have the customer's interests at heart.
Shocking and disgusting attitude by the manager at the store. When a manager does not understand customer service, they should not be in a client facing position! The counter lady was nice - but in a business a poor work ethic and how you treat customers ends up poisoning all the staff!! I did not like her tone, I am the customer and don’t deserve the attitude. I walked in and told the counter lady that I was suppose to collect parcel a while ago, I took our my cellphone to look for the sms among my many sms’s. When this terrible women walked out from the back - not hello, how can we assist, not good afternoon, just “When did you get the sms?” A ONE second wait, “WHEN DID YOU GET THE SMS” in a rude, Antagonistic tone that treated me like an illiterate person. If she had eyes in her head and a customer orientated attitude, she would have seen that I was scrolling through my sms’s. The shop was also EMPTY at the time - so I was not taking up space and time that could have been more profitable. I told her I was looking and the counter lady was assisting me. My tone back matched hers. She then told me that I was rude!?! And that my attitude was not required?!?!?! This “woke” attitude of staff not realising that customers ARE THE REASON for their jobs is disgusting. I am sure the owners are nice, but staff like these with their haughty attitude and zero understanding of the retail trade and what customer service is - can cause so much damage to a business. Sarcastic, horrible manager!!! I used to know the previous owner and he had good managers. Good bye WestCoast Village - my money will go to support elsewhere.
Sent a laptop with them - tracking just remained inactive, and 5 days later, nobody could say where the laptop is. Nobody concerned or responsive, the attitude is almost one of just shrugging the shoulders. Told the franchise owner I would call the police for a case of theft - he still has not even responded. Only when the police went there, did they say they made a mistake during a manual capture, are trying to sort it, but as of this evening, still no update on where the laptop physically is ***Edit: Tracking has now been updated, showing that the laptop was only picked up today, 5 days after being dropped off at the facility. Postnet did not even have the courtesy to call and give me this information***
Went in to laminate two posters and store staff were friendly and accommodating, definitely my favorite postnet in the area.
NEEDS AIRCON! NOT fair towards the lovely people working in the store. Our packages also literally fries in there, while it's hotter inside than outside.
