The pharmacist, Joshua Jacobs, was incredibly helpful. He arranged for my script to be sent from my pharmacy in Pietermaritzburg so that it could be filled at the Netcare Pharmacy. Thank you for assistance.

Joe Vieira went there yesterday for sterile saline for wound care. The pharmacist said she would give us 12x one litre bottles. We got home and she gave us drip bags. These are of no use to us. Tried calling but phone just rings. Disgusting service. Replace them for us urgently please with bottles of sterile saline.

The ER is fantastic, I got assisted right away, the doctor on call was very attentive and did everything he could to ease my pain and discomfort. Once I got admitted the General Surgeon Dr Marais who was on call and attended to my case made me feel very comfortable. The nurses took good care of me during my recovery and the food is not to bad either.

Very helpful and considerate, I was running late for my child’s appointment, after calling them to notify that I was running late, they managed to accommodate me. Awesome service
