Worse agency to deal with!!! Anwyn one of the agents is very unprofessional and broke every rule in selling houses. She submitted 2 offers at the same time and said to the buyers who ever gets a bond first gets the house not giving the 1st offer chance to get a bond and my son still had 3 days left on his purchase to offer first time buyer. She is heartless and said to my son "seuntjie you dont have the money to buy the property" and his bond was approved before the 3 days were over! She was belittling my son since he is Afrikaans and said to him must I explain in Afrikaans to you. Im glad he did not get the house, but his heart is broken. I will stay away from this agent as far as possible. I wanted to take it further with our lawyers but its not worth it with people like that since they will just lie and continue to lie and I dont have time to waste. Unethical women. Stay away!
