Would give 0 stars if I could. How do you rate a company that simply does not bother acknowledging you when placing an order. What am I missing. Do I have to pay upfront before placing the order to be sure to get someone to communicate with me.

Service has deteriorated to practically non existent from tech assistance point of view over the many years we have dealt with them. Worse than pathetic. Collections process very very very bad. Don`t deserve to be in business.Wish I could give minus stars!

Have sent several emails only one was responded to without the info i had enquired about, decide to call their number amd i was transferred from one person to the other for a wooping 37mins of my airtime and still came up empty hamded whwn they decided to hang up on me, Is there another company out there that can compete with these guys, It's just lack of funding but this is an industry that is dominated by unorganized people who don't even want to do their job. I would rate it - 5 if it was possible

The service is purely disgusting.. The lady made me feel like she was giving me their products for free.. From taking calls from her friends while I stood there to laughing when I didn't understand what she was saying..

I am absolutely and totally disappointed in Protea Chemicals incompetents. For the past four months, non of the fools has the decency to reply to our emails, pick up the phone to call us or even bother to return our phone calls. It’s obvious how Protea Chemicals treat small business - with no respect or even taking us seriously. I suggest go somewhere else, unless you have lots of patients or understanding for incompetent people.

Absolutely disgusted as part of essential services iv been waiting at there depo 3 hrs so far.... just for for a paper to say I can take my product that is paid for with proof... immediate payment.. poorly managed poor communication

Shocking service! Trying to place an order is a nightmare. Have to send several emails before anyone bothered to respond and then the response we did receive was rude and unprofessional. Protea Chemicals obviously do not care for the smaller businesses. We are now researching other chemical companies to do business with!

I find there service shocking. Customer service is shocking and communication is non existing. Pricing on products are increased without prior notice and delivery queries you are transferred from pillar to post

Time consuming... Slow... Unorganized... Bad. The service seems not to improve, but infact it is worse. Waiting time 3hours!

They don't answer their phones and don't reply to emails. Don't waste your time - find another supplier.
