Q on First is a beautiful guest house set in the lush suburb of Parktown North, offering luxurious, tranquil and well-appointed accommodation to suit corporates and holidaymakers.

Q on First offers a range of luxurious en-suite bedrooms, that include 8 well appointed bedrooms overlooking the tranquil treed garden. In addition to these there are four executive suites and a Presidential Suite complete with a spa bath and steam shower.

Parktown North is very centrally located, only minutes from Rosebank and a short drive from Sandton, both of which are serviced by the Gautrain. I called to find out availability, upon giving the gentlemen my dates and times, he was very rude!!!! And told me that it is not a hotel i should call a hotel,  very very very poor service, and i have not even been there.  Would definitely not recommend it to anybody!!!!  They should learn how to deal with customers first, absolutely no telephone skills and peoples skills.

Incredible boutique hotel, lovely staff, great food, very accommodating, lots of activities around.  From massages, conference rooms and many other facilities they offer makes a great place for a time out or team building events with colleagues.  For international guests this would be a safe, beeitful place to put your bags down in comfort and style.  Worth a stay

I totally love the place, the  rooms are beautifull and and well kept staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is exceptional well prepared, and the scenary is just magnificent, for a perfect restfull getaway, Q on First is the best place to be, there is also a beauty parlor, for those who need to be spoiled, so I would recommend 100% that is the place to be

Excellent accommodation and friendly staff. Would recommend the Guesthouse for both Private short stay and work related long periods of more than 1 week. The rooms are exquisite and the overall feel of the guesthouse is one of home.

I absolutely love staying at Q on first. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The rooms are kept neat and the place is very beautiful. The price is also reasonable.

Absolutely shameful conduct by the manager- Adriaan - cancelling a booking for a workshop to be run by 2 international trainers that we invited to South Africa three days before the event. We frequently use the facility for training and dedided to use it again for our international guests. The booking was confirmed with our Jhb agent last Sunday while she was at the venue but the owner decided to change the way he does business with us three days before the event. Stay away from this place as mood-swings may wreck your stay. On a positive note, there are some great guesthouses in the vicinity that welcome new business, just use google maps and you will find them

Affordable luxury for sure. Room was great and so was the breakfast. Only thing that I could think that was missing was an air conditioner. But it does have underfloor heating.
