What an unhappy place. I just asked if i could wait for a valuation on a ring and got told "no it takes time" i do understood that and then got told that they are not comfortable taking in my ring anymore. All i did was to tell them my concern. Wont recomend anyone to them.

When you enter the store, the staff is always friendly and ready to assist. They make you feel at home and they give you such a warm feeling. The store looks so elegant that it feels loke like a 5 star hotel. Thank you for the great service
