Head quarters for First National Bank

Disgusted at the lack of service from FNB & RMB, you've blocked both my FNB & RMB cards for no reason none has been provided to me after numerous follow ups for almost 1 month now. The damage you have caused is irreparable, you are directly ruining peoples lives worse than COVID ever did!

Investec has better service. The private bankers are non responsive after weeks and the service suite isnt great either. I speak from personal experience and with clients.

Make sure you know where to go. There are apparently seven reception areas and if you are not at the right one, do not expect a friendly wave and smile from the security. Also you need to be "on the list" to get into visitor parking. And once inside, a work permit is needed...having a scheduled meeting is of no consequence apparently. Overall tedious and frustrating experience.

I have been to deliver company documents with our corporate banker at 1 Merchant Place and have twice been ridiculed and made to leave my vehicle in the booms without being allowed to park.  The security guards are rude, unfriendly and intimidating.

Go there for meetings. Parking is not great. I think the only accessible wheelchair bathrooms are only on ground floor unfortunately.

If you cherish your mental wellbeing, avoid.

Best work environment I’ve seen.
