High end offices with an amazing lobby and an efficient entry system. I had no difficulties entering the building and waiting was comfortable with good coffee service.

Investment payments don't pay out on their original pay out date leaving you to run around like a headless chicken just to get your money honestly that is very disappointing.

Sure - I've banked with Investec for more than two decades but lately last 4 months there's been very slow responses to straightforward requests and my personal banker has apparently left the bank and no one bothered to let me know or offer a replacement. Emails have been consistently unanswered and the online banking contact numbers and email contacts are either undeliverable or come back as not in service.

Investec is efficient. I lost my bank card, the call centre agent helped me to block it and order a new card in less than 10 minutes. I got my new card the following day.

Very difficult to cancel cards etc. As nobody is interested to help and fees are accumulating. Feels like they just scam people to make quick bugs

Staff are extremely helpful, they answer calls promptly. Their call centre staff are polite and available 24/7. I've never been with a bank and enjoyed it until I started banking with Investec. If you haven't, you should definitely sign up!

Spoke to a call centre agent with a very simple query for 20 minutes. She could not find my accounts so she couldn't even begin to help me. I eventually had to send her the bank statements which Investec had sent me which she then had to get her superior to look at. Absolutely frustrating.
