The bed is the hardest thing I've slept on, the kettle in the room had a fault. The lady at breakfast was rude and spoke ill about us to the gentleman working with her, in our presence. They collect your breakfast plate before the last fork hits your lips... Rooms: Small room, a single cupboard space, none of our clothes fitted so we had our bags in the corner
Surrounding area looks dangerous. Staff is very polite. Two star hotel but if all you need is a bed and bathroom this is well priced. Food is basic but lots if fast food around. Wouldn't walk around at night though.Rooms: 3/5

We had a beautiful stay overall. The room was okay, really wished there was a bar fridge though atleas, also we apologise we really thought the room was sound proof, until the hotel attendant came knocking for us to turn it down, i mean i was with a friend i hadn't seen in a long time excitement was insane. So that was another let down. The bathroom always clean with all the necessities. The room was also very clean. Oh almost forgot, the key card for 224? Insane that one. Best location to be in though, close to both malls and the garages. The lady who was at reception when we checked out yesterday morning, very kind, loved her.
Very nice setup and good customer service however a few things could be altered to make the stay better for customers. Rooms are nice beds are comfy however most rooms have 2 single beds . Not much options when it comes to food I would prefer to order take out as the quality is not on par at all when it comes to food. Staying here with company for work , if your a business and need them to cater food wise for lunch etc don't make the mistake as it's not up to standard . Alot more things could be done to make the stay more convenient for customers. No matter the customer service should remain the same.

The aircon was not working and the TV remote we had to go and ask for new batteries. The reception staff from checking in and we were checking out were not friendly at all. In the room there was no menu and nothing to assist us on where to get food around. Their telephone does not have reception extension number, which made things worse every time you want to ask something you had to go down to the reception. Rooms: Neat but not noise proofed. Nearby activities: Noisy since it is established next to the road Safety: Not too sure since the main gate entrance there is no gate and it's in the Cbd.
For far less than R700/room/night be rest assured you'll get all the basics you can think of in a hotel/guest house including but not limited to: white linen, white towels, aircon, TV with elementary DSTV channels and a working remote , exceptionally neat room , continental breakfast etc etc etc. Rooms: Continental rooms with all the basics, White linen, white towels, shower, aircon, TV with elementary DSTV channels and working remote , exceptionally neat room Nearby activities: There's a couple of useful things nearby such as: a mini shopping mall waking distance, a gym near by, there's a garage, restaurants and kentaks, university etc. Safety: There is Free secured parking first come first serve on peek seasons Walkability: You won't regret Food & drinks: Exceptional The waitresses are friendly, flexible excellent Noteworthy details: For te services rendered it's worthy every penny spent
The rooms are extremely clean. Next to Scottsville and Woodburn shopping mall. Best part u will not taste of loadshedding....generators take over. Food available upon pre order at dinning times....Rooms: 5/5
The blankets were dirty. The location is in a dodgy place where Uber eats almost didn't accept to deliver my food.Rooms: 3/5
