This is one of the worst libraries I have ever been to. The staff have no clue as to how the Dewey system works. Maybe if they were not playing games on their phones and actually did what they were paid to do, it would not be a time consuming activity to find an author. The books are not in order. On a previous visit I was looking for a book in the juvenile section for my daughter and when I asked a staff member what order the books are in he said they in alphabetical order, however when I pointed out to him that they are not he said they had just moved the books to that section and were working on getting them in order. On another visit I noticed this was still not resolved. On my latest visit I was looking for a certain author in the adult section and as one would think the correction of placing the books had been resolved! Well this was not the case, the same staff member said they had sorted out the juvenile section. Jolly good for them, so it took them 6 weeks to sort out books that could have been done in a day! I took his word for it and decided not to waste anymore time looking for a book. What I find so amusing is that when I told him that I do reviews on places, his colleague was quick to put away the chess game that he was playing. I'm all about people having jobs but for the love of God, please put competent people in positions that actually do what they are paid to do instead of just being a chair warmer and passing time.
Rosettenville Library has wide variety of books for children, young adults and senior citizens. The books ranges from Fiction Romance, Thriller, Classics, African Literature and Detectives to non fiction Science, Law, History, Marketing and Social Sciences. on top of all that we also have an added service which is the free WiFi available to all patrons for free and this allows you to search for jobs and make job application. Did i also mention that the library is actually situated on a shopping center Rosettenville junction. The Library has the most helpful staff and some of the best library collection which ranges from fictional books to non fiction materials. A great place to really enjoy reading!
Good library and there they're free WiFi
Great place to spend time in and has free Wi-Fi as well.
