All Doctors, all Nurses and all staff members every single day are doing their best to provide a world class experience and service to everyone who walks into this facility. All wards especially the Maternity Ward, Labour Ward & Neonatal ICU Ward are full of hard working, committed men and women who are just brilliant at what they do.

Arrived at emergency rooms at approximately 22:00. On arrival there is an easy electronic form to complete which makes admission quick and simple. The nurses and Dr's where professional and had a great bedside manner. Take home medication was ready before discharge, which was quick. Thanks Sandton Mediclinic

After having had my baby admitted to the peads ward on two separate occasions, I can confidently say that Sandton Mediclinic has amazing facilities for littles. Their nursing staff in the pediatric ward are second to none, with each sister being super passionate and caring for each child in their care. The doctors on call are amazing and knowledgeable. The food provided for the kids 3 meals a day are made and served with love, and quite tasty I may have snuck a taste or two. I have delivered both of my children here too, and the maternity ward is really fantastic. The meals are amazing and they ensure new mommies are taken care of. The bathrooms in the maternity ward could do with an upgrade, but the rooms are awesome. With plenty of space and comfortable. Dr Allan-Gould is an amazing OBGYN. Dr Dance, Dr Van Der Nest and Dr Mathwin are all amazing pediatricians Dr Dance is our usual pediatrician but the other two Dr’s have seen my child when he was admitted to the ward. Sr Nozi and Sr Mbali in the pediatric ward are AMAZING. Sr Jolene in the maternity ward is an excellent nurse.

The RICU is run with precision, Ninny thank you hoh have such a big warm heart. Promise the 24th could have been my lastday on this earth but you worked hard to get me breathing......my Angel. Ladies you do your work as a calling and not just a job. Mothepo very soft spoken and so mature you answered my questions. To the physiotherapists yes I pushed and you encouraged and supported.

I had a medical emergency last week and was admitted to Mediclinic Sandton for 3 nights. When I arrived at the hospital, I waited for around 45 minutes in the casualty queue for a nurse to screen me before a doctor could see me. While I waited I could hear through the very thin walls someone giving birth and screaming nearby. The doctor in casualty was friendly and blood test results were turned around quickly considering it was after 10pm. I had to wait around 2 hours to be admitted into a ward after midnight. Once admitted, I was pleasantly surprised to have been given my own private room equipped with a bathroom. In the morning, I had been attended to promptly by a surgeon and physician before 8am. In addition, I didn’t need to wait long for an ultrasound. The doctors and specialists are knowledgeable and caring. They checked in daily over the weekend. Only issue is that they rush feedback. The nurses were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. One even offered to help me shower even though I was fully mobile. Medication was given on time, rooms were cleaned daily and I didn’t need to ask much from anyone. The food was also surprisingly good.

Weisenhof restaurant on the hospital premises is a definite no no, healthy options are not a choice here and u wait. Kids enjoyed their waffle and wrap though. Been admitted many times at this hospital including my husband - have no problem with the staff and the good treatment however my rating for ALL medical practitioners and hospitals are low rated for they are all blood suckers - Don’t agree with their high medical rates and greed. A doctor should make money out of kindness and for the good health of a fellow human not to get rich? And so should the fees of any hospital be.

Excellent service. Everyone, from receptionist, nurses, kitchen staff to surgeons, is so helpful and super friendly. Best hospital I've visited by far.

Honestly, the staff were the BEST! This is the first hospital that I can say that EVERYONE did their very best to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
