The Sandton Poetry Show is a weekly show that happens every Sunday at the Mandela Square in Sandton. It’s a show that offers a platform for both poets and poetry lovers to showcase their works and enjoy great poetry performances respectively.
The show is the first of its kind in Johannesburg and will satisfy the need of a poetry place to relax on a Sunday afternoon over a glass of wine or cup of coffee.
There has always been a hunt for a poetry haven where people can escape to and enjoy good poetry.
The Sandton Poetry Show’s goal is to make that a thing of the past. We will be the hub of Poetry in Johannesburg, grooming new poets and exposing great talents while satisfying our cherished poetry lovers.
