Great experience and service received from Craelin. Thank you. He was patient with my toddler who refused to take his picture as required, he assisted with documents required, he gave advice on our application and guided us through the process quite efficiently.

Made a booking online for 2pm, we arrived at 1:30pm. Sat waiting for us to be helped for hours, was only helped at 4:15. We had all the correct paperwork and were helped swiftly. We were out by 4:40pm. Few days later we receive feedback that our visas have been denied due to “insufficient reasoning”. We gave detailed information on where we were staying, how long, what we were doing, bookings and tickets for all our flights and hotels/guesthouses. Waste of R5,000. I hate that we are forced to go through such a shady company that doesn’t do their jobs right!

Very efficient and customer orientated. The security as you walk in are great, the pre check desk is excellent. The seating is comfortable and the customer Numbering system works well. Biometrics is quick and efficient. Thank you

The visa application was just okay. I went for the interview over a month before my trip and received my visa almost 4 weeks later apparently visa’s are approved by date of departure meaning if your date of departure is closer, your visa will be assessed before others which are later — which would explain why I got mine after a while. I paid extra for the “platinum service”, which I’m not really sure what was special about it aside from them printing your documents required for the application for you. I spent over an hour at the application center with no one attending to me before getting up to ask where I’m supposed to go next after taking the pictures. The entire experience really didn’t feel platinum to me.

From the start of my visit which was the Security at Capago reception to biometrics, my mum and I were impressedbwith the efficiency and professionalism of all staff. Craelin Moonian was excellent in the whole visa application process. Thank you very much for your quality and professional ethics.

Absolutly terrible service. Had to wait two hours, only to be informed they don't have our documents - despite internet application inicating documents are compete. Told to book and pay for another appointment in order to proceed. It appeared that every other person there had some issue. Their focus seems to try to get everyone to book their travel insurance, use their photograph process, their courier service, and come for multiple appointments - which have to paid for each time. EURO 30 fee for a 1min conversation to be told they have not received our documents, don't know what the problem is, please book and pay again and we see what happens.

We were very nervous coming here for the first time for our very first international trip. The efficiency of this place is incredible. We arrived about 10 minutes before our 09:00 appointment and we were out in under an hour, it would have been even faster if we had all our supporting documents with us. The staff is friendly and helpful so much so that they allowed us to email through the documents that we forgot to bring along. The following day we received a notification via SMS that our passports are ready for collection. I would recommend that you pick the morning slots for appointments because it can get quite busy as the day goes and that means you may wait a bit on queues. The place is clean with comfortable chairs, it’s wheelchair friendly and the bathrooms are also clean. There’s ample parking but it can get full quickly, which means you may have to park a bit further away from the building.
