ok, i upgraded them; found someone who actually grudgingly assisted me - still one of the shabbiest copshops around, you have to struggle your way through car wrecks and unmarked brick obstructions [ex tree circle?] to get to the staircase leading to the entrance; so much for 1st impressions... that was before they started using the back door. we are in the pandemic now and i had to visit them... through the back door - entrance is closed. some of the officers do not bother to wear masks and want to see your 'authority' when you point that out to them... people stand and smoke outside the 'entrance' eventually they had to close shop during the festive season of 2021 due to the inevitable ... covid! was that a reason or an excuse?
