I arrive inside at a counter and greet the lady who then looks at me like Ive killed a puppy, a perception I know but in walks a man greeting her with ola ola and an order. She very happily smiles and fulfills his order first, returns to me with a dead face. So I left. Looking at other reviews you can see a trend. I am of the wrong type here so I'll not return.
This morning I arrived in dire need of diesel as I needed to go to Montecasino. Sat and waited for 7 minutes while the 3 attendants served the vehicles there before me. Then they proceeded to start helping other vehicles that arrived after I did. It's not the first time this happened and reading other reviews it's a common problem that still has not been resolved. Eventually left in disgust and made another plan as there are plenty alternative service stations on the N1.
Sat in my car and watched 3 other people being served that stopped after I did. After filling up with you weekly I will drive out of my way to support another petrol station. Basic service and attention to your patrons is non existing!
I have received such awesome service from Msthalane hope I spelt it correctly. He was so friendly and assisted with full end to end service while I was there. He even did some upsetting for in store purchases. I couldn't believe he was just a trainee he did a superb job!
It is also important to report Good Service done by the attendants at the garage.The garage must also make sure that its first come first serve. what I realize some people they don't want to queue. Those people are good in sending the complain about bad service. Our Sasol garage Please investigate all those matters serious. We must be treated equally.
I use this petrol station on a weekly basis, you will receive friendly service once every 12 weeks if you are lucky. Place is well maintained, clean, but most of the time when there is a fuel increase they have no fuel the day before, which is quite strange. Would easily choose another station if on my route.
Poor service! Asked attendant to fill tank with 93 unleaded, he then told me my cap is on other side rudely. I told him i am aware its on other side than what pump is. He then said i have to move he is not going to pour petrol if i dont move. I then told him fine, i will support another garage. Happened on 2 Jan 2020. 15:00 -15:10. Silver fiesta. Sorry but will not support if this is the kind of people assisting.
i use this service station from time to time i have never come across rudeness or any bad service of some sort, what i have realized with some people is that they fail to appreciate the kind of good work that our people are doing, these people are putting in some hard wok there to make sure we get good service, however in life u will never satisfy/please everyone, n we must understand that there people out there who are just here to tarnish others good names, others find pleasure when they see others suffering, without employment, we have lots of our brothers and sisters who loose their jobs because of incorrect evidence. let us come together south africans and love one another, one does not have to loose an employment because of me, lets think about that.
It was now the third time in a row i have stopped at this station without being attended after waiting a good long time when i stop there, i also have complained many times about this that there are not enough people here to attend, this was my very last stop at this station.
Extremely rude staff working at the shop counter on 16 Feb 2019 at 18:15. Flat out ignored me. Pretended not to see me. Better to avoid the Sasol shop.
