TOTAL Marylone

Its unfortunate, I usually get excellent service at this petrol station. Today, I went in to fill petrol, check tyre pressure, water and oil. The petrol attendant's cell rang and he answered it he had earphones on his ears and he continued with his conversation whilst filling petrol and pumping tyres. I told him the tyre pressure whilst he is on carrying on on his phone. He used the back tyre pressure on the front tyres and the front tyre pressure on the back tyres. After he ended his call I repeated the tyre pressures back to him, he realized his mistake and pumped them again. At this point I knew I was not leaving a tip as I always do at this petrol station. He could have taken the call and tell the caller to call back since he had a client. I ended up giving the tip to the car guard at Virgin Active after my workout.

Very poor car wash service. Got my car washed there and the car looks like it is not from a car wash. I have sent an email to the customer care address. However, the email bounced back.

Poor service. If you stop there before another client and you are white and the other customer is of a diffirent race you can forget to get service. 1st time it happend acidental. 2nd time maybe. But now the 3rd time? Clearly not first come firts serve.

Greetings I would like to report a ill treatment and poor service that I received from a petrol attendant at Total Marylone. Date of incident: 14 July 2021 Time: 17:00 Place: Total Marylone I was on the que waiting to pour petrol on my bike. When my turn arrived I approached the pump and the petrol attendant who was supposed to help me came to the pump but did not help me instead he went to the car next to me. I indicated to him that I was here first and I request to be serviced first. The petrol attendant refused to help me and told me that he will assist the vehicle because that vehicle is going to fill up the tank and my bike tank is small. I told him that I was here first and he said he does not care about first come first service and said I can do what I want to do. I asked his name as his name tag was not visible and he refused to tell me his name. I then went to the shop and reported the matter to the manager on duty by the name of Anthony. I request that this matter be investigated, deciplinary and corrective measures to be implemented and I request an apology from the member concerned for the derogatory treatment which he afforded me.

Great service, good car wash. Just need more sense of urgency..

Terrible service, especially early in the morning. Petrol attendant ignored me for about 5 min while chatting to the lady at the till. This after she was woken up by her colleague to attend to me. I eventually decided to drive away 10 minutes later to spend my money elsewhere.

Best car wash services

The car wash is superfast, to an extent where they don't vacuum or clean evident dirt. This has happened on the two times I've come to wash my car. Not satisfactory.

This garage's staff used to fix simple punctures in tyres. Now they come with a story that "the boss says we were taking business away from supa quick". Inflation of tyres is done accurately. The only problem on the forecourt is an insistence on washing the windscreen even if the guy was told not to. Some people put C-Thru™ on there and don't want it taken off with soap.

Poor service by attendants.
