I am 36 week pregnant I have been attending this facilities and even my maternity later was issues here and ,I came Herr on Saturday the 25 so they can assist me with my uif forms and I was told the Dr that needs to fill my form his not Here after I waited for almost an hour . They told me to come back on Sunday and here here again today heavy pregnent and I was waiting for another hour and they chasing me away and the Dr name is Dr R Okus

I think they can do better when it comes to the look of their consultation rooms. It doesn't necessarily look clean, the sheets on the bed look dirty as well which gives an offish impression especial for medical center. Service wasn't too bad

Worse service ever especially at the reception area. They will only prioritize those who came for immunizations and whatever, but if you are sick, they will attend to you later after immunizing or after asking them if the Dr is available.

Absolutely useless this doctor is a joke.. I've worsted R700 for few pill and a bandage for my cut wound I ended up pulling out pieces of broken bottle myself 7 days after his appointment and i had an infection already.. he is useless as I am writing this review I am reporting this scammers this surgery must close or get a proper trained doctor

Worst service ever. Was very sIck with pains. They gave me 1 injection and 2 tablets claiming to be the strongest to help me. I walked out of there feeling the same after paying R700. Given 3 sachets of tablets that didn't even work. As it was at night had to go back home and waited till my other Dr opened. I was there for 2 hours an walked out 100% having just paid R450. They gave me 2 injection 3 tablets and a drip and was told to lie there till i feel better. As I was about to leave I was given treatment with 6 sachets of things to take from home. I'm 100% better. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO SAVERMEDICARE. No patience what so ever, i could have died. Worse of all is overhearing the Dr and Nurses saying I just want ATTENTION!! wow I'M DISGUSTED!!

I accompanied my husband who has a liver condition to the clinic only to be disrespected by the doctor. 1stly when I pose a question to him since he is an expert he was very rude and blamed me for my husband condition, what irritates me even worse is that the doctor diagnosed him with stress and yet he didn't even refer him to a psychologist someone who can assist him to deal with stress. I am furious and I wish not to be consulted by that doctor when he goes back for his check up. I'm so disappointed . That was the WORST service ever

The worst thing going there sick nd in need is that the Dr.will just ask you why re here then write down lot of thing's then sk if there's anything you want to complain about talk on the phone while your there and lough then he asks of you need sick note then he's done no checking you or really trying to understand why you there and how to get you better that place is just for money making nothing else I wish to give them zero their security and receptionist tjooo all rude and unprofessional

If I could give it zero stars I would. The whole staff is rude, I went there a couple of times to see if they are all the same and well I was not surprised. Poor poor service and worst pharmacy experience I've ever recieved.

The receptionist was okay but Dr Junior was just not professional, he kept taking personal calls while consulting me, he did not explain anything regarding the issue I have.

They seem not to be ready to serve, the receptionist was not in the building we had to wait for her. Three patients were wait for assistance 3hrs before I arrived for the scan report. I suggest no one should use their poor service for emergency treatment. I will never use their service.
